to make a purchase, just follow the selection prompts on the product pages.
to review your order, click on 'cart' where you can edit both content and quantity.
select 'checkout' and follow the steps to confirm your order and make payment through PayPal.

i update listed items regularly but if you happen to order a one-of-a-kind item that has sold, i will issue you a full refund.
alternatively, i will contact you to see if i can re-create something similar to your liking.

payment is with credit or debit card through PayPal, which provides a secure checkout system, keeping your personal information safe.
you do not need to have your own PayPal account to order, and when your order has been placed, PayPal will also send you a confirmation email.
i do not have access to your payment details - only your name and contact details provided during registration and checkout.

items are dispatched from the UK unless otherwise stated.
UK postage is free for orders over £50 in value.
in the UK, i aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours receipt, although this is not always possible and some orders may take up to 5 days to be dispatched.
full valid post codes are required for every order and i will not dispatch any order without one.
if you provide an incorrect address including the post code, maisy chain will not accept any responsibility if the order fails to arrive.
orders will be dispatched carefully wrapped; with a gift bag for safe-keeping, or gift giving.
maisy chain is not not responsible for any customs duties payable on international orders.

returns and exchanges
i ensure that all items leave my hands in pristeen condition because i want you to be happy with your purchase!
if you are not completely satisfied, please email me - maisy - on receipt of your order at sales@maisychain.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
items should be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
on receipt of your returned goods, i will dispatch a replacement, or issue a refund via PayPal, crediting your original method of payment.
please note that postage and package fees are non-refundable, unless goods are faulty.
maisy chain is not responsible for return postage; please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
