How to order

To make a purchase, just follow the selection prompts on the product pages. To review your order, click on the 'Your shopping bag' where you can adjust the items and numbers required. Then select 'checkout' and follow the simple steps to confirm your order and make your payment through PayPal.

Maisy Chain does not currently provide a telephone order service - however we are available by telephone from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm, to assist with any queries you may have. If you telephone out of these hours, please leave a message and your contact number, so that we can follow up with you.

Availability

We work hard to produce accurate product images; items are similar but where natural materials are used, no two pieces are identical.

Some items may be limited editions, so if a piece is temporarily out of stock please contact us about availability, or with any other questions.

Payment

Payment is with credit/debit card through PayPal, which provides a secure checkout system, keeping your personal information safe.

You do not need to have your own PayPal account to order goods, and when your order has been placed, PayPal will send you a confirmation email.

Maisy Chain does not have access to your credit/debit card details. The only information we hold is your name and contact details provided during registration and checkout.

All items are quality checked before being offered for sale, and we hope you will be happy with everything you buy from Maisy Chain. If however you are not completely satisfied, refunds will be provided.

Please email sales@maisychain.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. Returns should be sent to: Jeanette House, Maisy Chain, The Annexe, 35 Breach Lane, Shaftesbury, Dorset, SP7 8LD, UK.

Maisy Chain is not responsible for return postage, and when you return goods, please obtain a (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Looking after your jewellery

Maisy Chain jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase. Should any faults occur within that time, the item will be repaired free of charge. Should you require any repairs after this period, a small charge will apply - please contact us for details.

Semi-precious stones are natural materials and as such they may contain faults. No two stones are alike but it is their differences that make them special. You will need to look after them as some stones are softer, or more fragile than others. Here are some basic care tips:
  • Avoid spraying perfume over the stones.
  • Avoid any contact with abrasive solutions or cleaning materials.
  • Try not to drop the stones as they may break or chip.
  • Try to store your jewellery wrapped, or in a box when not in use.

http://www.silversun925.com - If you love sterling silver jewellery, you are sure to love Gil Nisleit's uplifting designs. Creating jewellery is a passion for Gil, and he uses old-school silversmithing methods to create fabulous sterling silver designs in both a high shine and a tactile brushed finish. His exceptional attention to detail results in designs of impeccable quality, as each item is handmade, one piece at a time. Gil takes enormous pride in his work, and wants you to love your jewellery as much as he clearly loves creating it. I am so happy to be collaborating with Gil on various projects, and you will see some of his beautiful sterling silver beads and magnetic clasps featuring on Maisy Chain in very limited numbers - subject to availability. This link will take you through to Gil's own silversun925 website, where I promise you will love what you see :)

http://www.sofiamasri.com - Sofia Masri is one of the jewellery artists that I am delighted to be collaborating with on limited edition jewellery projects. Sofia was a fashion design student but I came across her work as a creator of the most exquisite handmade porcelain jewellery - and immediately fell in love with it! Originally from Mexico, I think Sofia's sunny background must have influenced her appreciation for colour; the soft, fresh colour glazes she uses in her work are just delightful and her designs are wonderfully organic and tactile. You will see our collaborative work appearing on Maisy Chain - subject to availability - and you can check out Sofia's own collections via this web-link; it's well worth the time to look :)

http://www.tikaye.com - This is a gorgeous escape-from-it-all village resort, built and managed by a childhood friend of mine. I can vouch from personal experience that Ti Kaye is really worth a visit; the setting is stunning, and the staff are all delightful. I spent my mornings snorkelling with turtles, and my afternoons snoozing in my cottage hammock - now that's my idea of the perfect day!

http://www.ucare-oxford.org.uk - UCARE (Urology Cancer Research and Education) is an independent charity committed to improving the treatment and care of cancer patients through research and education.
